Michael A. Beliz, Esq., founded The Beliz Law Firm in the spring of 2011. Practicing law since 2006, Michael has worked for two of Southern California’s most prominent plaintiff’s personal injury law firms. He has handled hundreds of personal injury cases, including vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and dog bites, successfully recovering millions of dollars for his clients.

At the University of San Diego School of Law, Michael received the Delroy Richardson Endowed Law Scholarship multiple times and achieved high honors in Negotiation. He was also a semi-finalist in the ATLA Intramural Mock Trial Competition. Before law school, Michael earned a master’s degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an undergraduate degree from California State University, Long Beach, where he was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Honor Society for Economics.

Born in Huntington Beach, Michael attended Blessed Sacrament School in Westminster, California, and later played and lettered in basketball and track at Saint Anthony High School in Long Beach. He also tutored high school and college students in mathematics and economics. In his free time, Michael enjoys basketball, running, reading non-fiction, and traveling.

Michael A. Beliz is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
